Metropolis Part 2: Scenes From A Memory
Grew up with this band, was one of my dad's favorites and this album has
me ritualizing my long road trips with how often i play this album. it's sad

Album truly helped me through a rough patch. When i struck out on my

Saturday Night Wrist
Not really a specific reason for this one, this album just helped me fall in
love with a band i had never given the light of day. it also helped me

Lateralus
Another band that helped me open my eyes to more complex music, then
what is played on the radio (although i'm aware that a couple of their
songs are aired quite frequently: 'sober', 'the pot', 'jambi'... etc etc. Either
way there is a lot of music that i would never have given a chance, if it

Damnation
Recently got into these guys, not sure which rock i was under. Damnation
gave me a rather unique perspective into the death/doom metal genre and
i rather appreciate their diversity within song structures. | |

12.09.11 | 2 is THE GREATEST EP OF ALL TIME. 4 and 5 are excellent albums as well. Among the best of their genres.
1 is very good, but I personally prefer Awake or Images and Words. 3 is the only questionable inclusion. By no means is it bad, but it's definitely my least favorite Deftones album.
