My preference is toward some of the newer kind of psychedelic stuff. |

haha. well it's not hard to distinguish between the three.
there is a strong difference between sludge like eyehategod, grief, and dystopia and sludge like like cult of luna, isis, and neurosis.
and drone is also a different genre, that's where Earth comes in. Godflesh and Jesu are different in these styles though. Godflesh uses sludge with industrial metal and Jesu is atmospheric industrial metal with sludge/drone riffs. |
