My Cd Player Rotation

There's a stack of CDs on my stereo system of my current CDs I'm listening to...these are my current CDs I'm listening to!
1Smashing Pumpkins
Zeitgeist

Zeitgeist is a good album...plain and simple. Good in-between Mellon Collie and Adore that bridges the gap while bringing us new Pumpkins. It's filled with great songs that are some of the Pumpkins best songs.
2Opeth
Ghost Reveries

My favorite Opeth album hands down. Really progressive while keeping a certain Opeth charm about it.
3Porcupine Tree
Fear of a Blank Planet

The 2nd best Porcupine Tree album is one of the best of 2007 because it's filled with catchy tunes and typical slower progressive anthems.
4Linkin Park
Minutes to Midnight

Really; I don't care what you think of Linkin Park. They're one of my favorite bands, always have been and always will be. Minutes to Midnight is a good progression for them from Meteora to Minutes to Midnight. They've never integrated nu-metal, rock, and rap as well as this album does.
5Nine Inch Nails
Year Zero

Still an amazing album; but its getting old because I've listened to it a bit too much when it first came out.
6Mute Math
Mute Math

Unique infusion of pop, synth-rock, and electronica that manages to be unique while taking after Radiohead, Muse, and many other synth/electronic-rock bands.
7Interpol
Our Love to Admire

Really doesn't matter what the fans think about it...its good progression from Antics because they integrate the keyboards well while keeping their sound as new and fresh as ever; and the Heinrich Manuever is one of Interpol's best songs.
