10.27.11 | All I ever felt like was beneficial is a workout supp, dont give a shit about individualized glutamines, fish acids and shit like that. Not sure if I ever felt I needed them but the caffeine, beta alanine and creatine get me pretty beastly. |

10.27.11 | all creatine does is give you that extra boost to get out those last rep due to flooding the muscles fibers with water and nutrients, also causes overall water retention as well. however if you eat very regularly you'll have the same effect guaranteed
ive taken the caff pre-workout pills in the mornin for cardio session but at the same time when i dont take them i get the same results, not really ness at all,
not sure what beta alanine is tho, sounds like an amino acid
also ive taken l-glutamine which is an amino acid that helps muscle recover which worked very well for me
but i still build muscle fast, prolly cuz of my insatiable appetite for destruction |

10.27.11 | Apparently I was doing something wrong. Worked out for 2 years straight, 19-21, killed it and was sore every day after, got defined and stronger but not any bigger or cut. It wasn't until the pre-workout supplements of creatine and amino acids that I started getting bigger. |

10.28.11 | I cant afford to eat as much as I used now im on my own. Bills, car insurance and whatnot. However im thinking of moving back with my mom where everything is cheaper and closer by, getting a smaller job and be as healthy as I was there.
Eating less now but still train 5 to 6 days a week. I believe but the supplements are picking up the slack. |

Couldnt take a month off, I have a "I need to exercise or else" attitude but all in all I dont feel like I over did the creatine, but will still use some sort of branched chain amino acid/Caffiene infused pre workout. |

Then again it seems im doing everything right, drinking plenty of water, im not gonna give a fuck about laying off, I dont take too much shit, one thing before I workout and protein afterwards that is all. Gonna keep doing that. |

10.28.11 | yeah bro that really isnt that much all, i got the impression that you were takin all kinds of different stuff, but it sounds like what your doin is pretty common, some peeps go all crazy with it and it becomes an addition and they blow all kinds of cash on it,
sounds like you got your head on ur shoulders. keep hittin those compounds lifts, squats, press, cleans, shoulder press, pull ups, deadlifts, ect. and u'll have def success, and remember you grow when your not lifting, when ur at rest. so its adequate rest thats gonna get u the size u want.
