10.15.11 | @Piglet: it takes a lot of tinkling but I've almost reached the moint in which it's all automated. It syncs easily with last.fm and like.fm. Sometimes it's possible to get automatic tags + Album Art downloader is nice as shit.

10.15.11 | the underdark and ...is dead are both excellent. the underdark is more ambitious i guess, and the whole album plays out like one song that keeps evolving. is dead is just a collection of really good songs that work independently of the material around them. one of my favorite bands ever, chokingly dark and depressive screamo. |

10.15.11 | If you feel Foobar's too technical Winamp's a strong second best. At least one would be able to use .FLAC. I nonly rip CDs to FLAC. Foobar automatically converts the foreign formats to go onto my iPod. |

Tbh I've never had any complaints with iTunes, I don't really get all the negativity. The only issue I ever had was that it was a fucking nightmare trying to copy music off of my ipod onto an external or something but Sharepod solved that |

The installer i unreasonably enormous for the type of stuff it needs to do. And those iTunes background services are annoying as fuck. |
