the goal shouldn't be gaining muscle weight, but more of getting healthier and stronger in the physical and mental sense. and the fighting aspect, well I believe that learning how to defend yourself and others is also important. |

10.08.11 | Yeah, but most people don't really want to go deep into stuff and then it happens they train "wrong", only gain weight, no flexibility or power. Or those who just train or start looking like meat mountains to brag about it and well.. popular belief is a big biceps is a won fight. Read an interesting book on the subject by some Russian dude only doing training with the own body weight. Also interesting is seeing traditional "Asian" training (Indian, Chinese). They also tend to be muscular, but in way less bulky and more "focussed" way. |

True. Still, 10+ starving and malnurished against one semi-healthy guy is still a challenge. Especially if they're REALLY hungry. If they don't already have a taste for manflesh from being on the streets for so long, they could certainly use that cash in your wallet for something good. |
