Favourite Movie Soundtracks?

So sputnik what are your favourite movie soundtracks? This listris just an example of a few soundtracks that I thoroughly enjoyed with a few essentials thrown in. Enjoy!
1Howard Shore
Lord of The Rings: Complete Trilogy Soundtrack

A must for all film soundtrack fans, despite being a questionable choice for composer (in my opinion) he proved he was more than capable by combining a variety of moods and influences to craft one of the most exciting and memorable soundtracks in recent memory.
2Hans Zimmer
The Last Samurai

Despite alot of his work sounding surprising similar and receiving alot of critizism for it, this soundtrack shows him combining his more traditional approach with classic Japanese instrumentation to craft an interesting and engaging soundtrack. One of my personal favourites for one of my favourite movies.
3Hans Zimmer
Gladiator (Soundtrack)

Probably one of his far more popular and recognised works suiting the atmosphere of the movie perfectly. The Battle ranks up as one of his most suspenceful and engaging tracks in my opinion (despite being ridiculously similar to Mars from the Planet Suite, written by Gustav Holst).
4Harry Gregson-Williams
The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe

Despite being an incredibly average and rather dull movie with questionable acting, The soundtrack perfectly captures the imagination and magic of what Narnia represents. An engaging and uplifting listen and a prime example of when the soundtrack far surpasses the movie.
5James Horner
Troy

Despite the film being completely incorrect from the book in almost every single way imagineable, it boasts a surprisingly solid soundtrack from a composer I was not familiar with but will watch for future releases. He draws from traditional influences aswell as experimenting with more unusual territory such as tribal percussion and unusual choir techniques. Another example where the soundtrack is better than the movie is presents.
6 John Williams [Composer]
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of The Sith

No movie soundtrack list would be complete without mentioning John Williams, creating the most memorable and exciting film music in decades. Star Wars Ep. III is my personal favourite of his, boasting a far more sinister and evil atmosphere than the rest (which is understandeable as the film is the darkest out of the six). His work are regarded classics.
7Koh Ohtani
Shadow of The Colossus OST

No this is not a movie soundtrack but I believe it deserves an honourable mention for being completely fantastic, complimenting the atmosphere and mood that game gives off. Plus there are some awesome, suspenceful tracks for when you are battling the colossi.
