I realized I didn't really have any reason for smoking, and I just wasn't enjoying it anymore. At the time I wasn't very happy, so I felt like I was just doing it as a result of my mood. I really never had a purpose for smoking, it was just available. After a while I decided there was no reason for me to smoke it, so I quit. Summer has improved my mood a ton, and knowing that I am not doing weed anymore makes me feel much better about myself.
