Good Deathcore. Bad Deathcore.

Good deathcore, and the bad shit.
1The Good Stuff.

Three bands I didn't include for good stuff were Float Face Down and Existence.
They both are amazing. And also Chelsea Grin. They get a lot of hate but I
honestly am pretty big on them. I also really like Bring Me The Horizon's Count
Your Blessings. It's a solid album. Rooks are pretty tight too. I couldn't fit
everything.
2The Contortionist

A super technical band. They have incredible guitar work. The Apparition EP is a
masterpiece and Exoplanet is very good as well. It's pretty progressive but still is
on the deathcore stretch of things. Quite good.
3The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza

A three piece deathcore band (more like "what the fuck!?" core) who hire a
bassist for live performances. Their guitarist plays and 8 string and is absolutely
INSANE. He handles bass and guitar for the records. Danza III: A Series Of
Unfortunate Events is an incredible release. They're also great live. Don't
underestimate these dudes.
4Born Of Osiris

Another really technical band. I believe they use 8 strings on their new album.
The Discovery and The New Reign are really strong releases. Very heavy, but
very good. Awesome live.
5After The Burial

Yet another very technical band that uses 8 strings. Rareform is an incredible
release. In Dreams is my personal favorite though. I don't listen to them too
much because of the backlog of music I need to check out right now, but I do
dig 'em pretty hard. Good live too.
6Circle Of Contempt

I love this band. Artifacts In Motion is ridiculous. They're great live and their
stuff is very technical. Check it out.
7Salt The Wound

I like all of their albums a pretty fair amount. Ares has these ridiculously high
vocals that are really cool. Carnal Repercussions is probably my favorite, followed
by Ares, followed by the new one Kill The Crown, and then the EP. They're a
little generic, but great. And great live.
8Oceano

Yes, I like Oceano. AND I love Depths. It's a fantastic album with some
seriously awesome breakdowns. Contagion's decent. Adam Warren is a monster
and Danny T is one monster of a vocalist.
9Bad Shit.
10So This Is Suffering

This shit is so generic and so fucking terrible. God. Everything sounds the same
and their new song "Shitty City Groove" (A terrible name for a song, I might add) is just a breakdown.
Terrible.
11Her Demise My Rise

The fact that T. Mills is featured on almost every track with his Brokencyde-like
auto-tuned vocals says enough. These guys blow. The actual deathcore stuff
isn't really too bad, but it instantly gets ruined.
12Suicide Silence

I liked four songs off of The Cleansing and No Time To Bleed isn't horrible. The
Black Crown sucks so hard. Not even one track is good and oh my god, get over
Mitch Lucker. He's not that great. These guys suck now, deal with it.
