07.10.11 | BAD RELIGION LIST. MUCH BETTER THAN THAT USER DESCENDENTS' LIST.
Go ahead and say it: "Where's 'Against The Grain'/'Sorrow'/'Suffer'/'Atomic Garden'/'Big Bang'/whatever else!?" The list is kinda biased towards their newer stuff, with the exception of the album 'Against The Grain'...reason being, 'Suffer' and 'No Control' were among the last albums I explored by the band (even though "You" was the song that introduced me to them). Oh, well. | Masochist
07.10.11 | Also missing: "Cease" | Parallels
07.10.11 | Yeah my head asploded when i first heard Sinister Rouge.
Also, love 5,9 and 24.
I also love Them and Us, and not because of Crazy Taxi. I want to punch people in the face when they assume that. | Masochist
07.10.11 | Wish I could say the same, Sonic...but I can't. All seven songs featured on Crazy Taxi I love because of Crazy Taxi--"All I Want" is still my favorite Offspring song to this day.
But I learned to love "10 In 2010" for it's own merits after a while, though, and I hardly relate "Them And Us" to Crazy Taxi anymore. Still...can't deny that it was CT that made me love them in the first place ;-) | Aids
07.11.11 | I appreciate this list but I've never listened to Bad Religion =(
still nice effort | someguest
07.11.11 | EVEN THOUGH THERE'S NO FREE LUNCH
and Aids, listen to the album No Control immediately. | porch
07.11.11 | nah don't | bungy
07.11.11 | Awesome dude, nice list. I'm gonna make a 40-50 song Bad Religion playlist for work tomorrow with this list as inspiration.
Aids start with The Empire Strikes First and put it in front of your huge list of albums you plan on going through
| Masochist
07.11.11 | Absolutely do check 'em out, Aids. If you want my advice, start with 'The Process of Belief'. It's got a bit of everything: super-fast punk, a few pop-punk gems ('cause Mr. Brett wants to write the ultimate pop song), an experimental song or two, and what is probably their most famous song since 2000 ("Sorrow"). If you can get into any song on that album at all, it'll be easy to direct you to the next album ;-). | Aids
07.11.11 | porch you suck
| Aids
07.11.11 | and fine I'll check them out | omnipanzer
07.11.11 | I enjoyed your list sir. | Masochist
07.11.11 | Thanks!
But I'm surprised no one's given their commentary. What's missing, what's out of order...where's that infamous Sputnik vitriol? | Trebor.
07.11.11 | Anesthesia is probably my favorite | Masochist
07.11.11 | Song is boss, absolutely.
ALL GOOD CHILDREN GO TO HEAVEN | Aids
07.11.11 | I dunno guys it doesn't seem like I'd like this band at all, I'll probably pass :/ sorry | Masochist
07.11.11 | BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOurns. |
