Demon Days
From start to end it flows so well, they perfected their alternative hip-hop sound really well here. I don't think they will ever top it personally. Plastic Beach
I remember when they announced they'd be touring, and I wasn't sure that i'd even heard this yet... but I still ordered the tickets as a birthday present, when I listened to it I was really dissapointed at first, but after multiple listens it really really grew on me. Another set of some good b-sides, some really cool tracks on here like Ghost Train, Hip Albatross, Left Hand Suzuki Method and Dracula. Most of the others are edits and remixes. Best track on here (even though it's a remix) is 19-2000 (Soulchild remix).. it's just plain great | | 6 |  | Gorillaz
The Fall
When this was announced I had still been listening to Plastic Beach loads, still felt fresh after seeing them and still seemed pretty brand new... Was skeptical hearing that it was all made with iPad apps and stuff. It had a few good tracks like Revolving Doors, Hillbilly Man and Bobby In Pheonix but overall it was reallly average. I barely consider it part of the Gorillaz discography. | |
