06.13.11 | I was in my high school's symphonic band for 3 of my 4 years I attended, and that helped develop my classical taste. I mean, I've always loved classical music, but recently, I've just been really happy floating on a pool float, soaking in sun rays, and enjoying some good ol' fashioned composing. Thanks man. |
Oathbreaker
06.13.11 | List is too mainstream.
At least get some Dvorak, Telemann, Brahms, Handel and Scarlatti. |
Wolfhorde
06.13.11 | Jamming in pools is bad for instruments. I heard. |
taylormemer
06.13.11 | lol, even those could be considered mainstream. |
dnor
06.13.11 | LOL because I care if classical music is mainstream~
I have a large number of classical composers, including Brahms, Handel, and one you failed to mention, Gustov Holst (His "Planets" is one of my favorite pieces of all time). |
DoubtGin
06.13.11 | cool. |
Wolfhorde
06.13.11 | "Handel"
I might be splitting hair, but "Handel" is German for trading. The classical composer on the other hand is called Haendel. |

06.13.11 | lol nice pickup. |

06.13.11 | Hair splitter. But another reason I went "mainstream" is because this is sputnik. They don't have a lot of classical composers outside of the BIG ones. And I like album art :/ |

06.13.11 | It sounds more like you were limited by yourself. |
dnor
06.13.11 | Yeah man, too bad I made a list composed of music that I was sure a large amount of people had heard so they could comment and talk about instead of posting a bunch of uber-classical composers that unless you happen to be a real connoisseur of the genre, you'd have no basis of what to think of the list.
Forgive me. |
Wolfhorde
06.13.11 | Classical mainstream, yo bitch. I bet Amadeus had golden plates for his horse and cruised 'round looking for some bitches.
Bach's Cello Suites are awesome btw. |
dnor
06.13.11 | Yeah Beethoven sold out. |
