Flylo Ranked

You should listen to flylo
9Flying Lotus
Shhh!

Another FlyLo ep, just doesn't do much for me. Pretty repetitive and doesn't
have much to offer.
8Flying Lotus
Pattern+Grid World

The onyl thing FlyLo has released since Cosmogramma. I had high hopes for
this after loving Cosmogramma, but this EP really let me down. The beats arn't
very good and its just too glitchy.
7Flying Lotus
L.A. EP 1 X 3

The first of the collection of L.A EPs. An awesome sneak peak into what's to
come of the full length Los Angeles. Two of the six tracks appear on Los
Angeles. Standout Tracks: Rickshaw, Paper Crane Gang, Interference.
6Flying Lotus
1983

FlyLo's fist LP, and definitely his weakest. It's good, but it's apparent that
he hasn't quite found his sound yet. It's still better than a lot of electronic
artists can do and I still recommend it so listeners can see where FlyLo
began. Standout Tracks: 1983, Bad Actors.
5Flying Lotus
L.A. EP 3 X 3

The only L.A EP that was released after the full length Los Angeles was
released. There are some really great remixes on this album along with
some tunes that didn't make it onto Los Angeles. Standout tracks: Parisian
Goldfish (Take Remix),
4Flying Lotus
L.A. EP 2 X 3

A remix album that actually kicks ass. The 2nd of 3 LA eps. 1 of 2 LA eps that dropped
before the album Los Angeles was released. It's awesome to hear other artist
interpretations of FLyLo's tracks. Standout Tracks: Sleepy Dinosaur (Ras_G Remix),
Grapesicles (Samiyam Remix), Melt! (Monopoly Mix).
3Flying Lotus
Reset

An ep full of simmering beats. FlyLo really created gold on this release. The vocal
samples are better than ever and the songs groove with a chill and trippy vibe
throughout. An excellent album for any occasion. Highly recommended as far as
FlyLo's eps go. Standout Tracks: Tea Leaf Dancers, Vegas Collie, Massage
Situation.
2Flying Lotus
Cosmogramma

FlyLo strives to create his experimental magnum opus, and creates a classic album with this
release. The only downfall is the cluttering and over-use of samples that makes for a
confusing listen at points, and that's the only reason it's not first on this list. This album is
still an absolute masterpiece and a must have for any music listener who is looking for
music that breaks ever rule, defies every law and transports you to an untraveled area of
the subconscious. The album contains everything from Jazz drumming, to dreamy harp
solos, to acid sax solos, heavy bass and shaky beats.. Standout Tracks: Zodiac Shit, Nose
Art, Recoiled, Drips / Auntie's Harp, Table Tennis (feat. Laura Darlington).
1Flying Lotus
Los Angeles

A revolutionary album that sounds like absolutely nothing else out there. The beats
bump harder than any other FlyLo album and the samples add a lot to the atmosphere, instead of a collage
of indistinguishable samples that Cosmogramma
contains. Standout tracks: Breath, Sleepy Dinosaur, Comet Course, Melt!, Auntie's
Lock/Infinitum (ft. Laura Darlington).
