But they're 5's due to the impact they had on me when i first listened to them slipknots self titled being a prime example. Listened to it when i was 14 (which was a long time ago haha) and it was pretty much my entire world at that age and from that i got into metal and pretty much it changed my life and what i felt about music. |

5- I love all the songs and I consistently listen to at least a few for months/years to come (I don't think I've ever given an album 5 from the start)
4.5- I love every song but not quite a 5. Maybe it doesn't have that one track that I can return to at any point in my life and still love it. Or there are one or two tracks that I don't like so much.
4- I like practically every song.
3.5- I love/like around 60% of the album and the rest is meh.
3- I like about 40%-50% but their lasting value is pretty short.
2.5- Usually only about 3 songs I enjoy on these and even those aren't necessarily that great.
2- Maybe 2 songs I enjoy, or 1 I /really/ enjoy
1.5- Nothing I like on the whole record
1- Terrible to the point that it would have been better never to listen to it in the first place |

1) What did other users rate it? Did Iluvatar give it a 4? Should I just go straight to a 2 without listening?
2) Do I want its respective genre bigger on my pie chart?
3) Is the album art funny or cute?
4) How attractive are the musicians involved?
5) Did I have name brand marshmallow cereal for breakfast (Lucky Charms) or the fucking Malt-O-Meal kind (Marhmallow Mateys)?
6) How much information do I have to fix when I add it to my library? Are the track numbers already on there? Did it come with a wrong or poor quality album picture? Is the genre shoegaze but it instead says "electronica"?
7) Does academy like it? Does that mean anything?
