ThePrisonGuard 04.29.11	Though people usually disregard the album, Dream Theater's Systematic Chaos outro in "In The Presence of Enemies Pt. 2: VI Salvation" is awesome. Same with The Count of Tuscany off of Black Clouds. The sounds of the ocean and the gulls make for a great ending.
Acanthus 04.29.11	inb4 sex related comments. Personally I love some of Moonsorrow's ending tracks, the atmosphere is superb.
LegendofPittman 04.29.11	Pluto isn't the last song on Homogenic. Staying Alive of off The Ugly Organ by Cursive is one of my favorite endings of all time. Also, Goodbye Sky Harbor by Jimmy Eat World off of Clarity.

Also Jane Doe by Converge (yes, I said it but it's awesome) and God of Wine by Third Eye Blind are brilliant
