04.01.07 | Nice you got Blackwater Park.
Opeth: Still Life, My Arms, Your Hearse, and then Damnation.
CoB: Get Hatebreeder because it's much better than Hatecrew Deathroll.
Slayer: South Of Heaven and Christ Illusion.
Also try some Megadeth. |

04.01.07 | Opeth's Still Life and Ghost Reveries are their best IMO.
CoB's Hatebreeder and Are You Dead Yet? are the only two I have but they're pretty good.
And, well, that's all the metal I have. :D |

04.01.07 | These are amazing albums. CoB and Opeth are incredible. I am really digging "Pale Folklore" by Agalloch. Consider downloading it. Agalloch are more like Opeth than Slayer and CoB though. |

04.01.07 | Never got into slayer, but Opeth is amazing, my second favorite band. Get Styill Life, which is their best imo.
Children of Bodom is my favorite band, and HCDR (you realize you put hateroll deathcrew right?) is my favorite album of theirs. I suggerst getting Follow the Reaper or Hatebreeder next. |

04.02.07 | 123 to london calling on Slayer albums.
Or you could go with Seasons in the Abyss...it's their most accessible album to date. |

04.02.07 | teamsleep, all of the above recommendations are great, but allow me to fine tune them.
- Get either Follow the Reaper or Hatebreeder by COB (I like HB better)
- Reign in Blood is great, good choice
- I highly recommend Ride the Lightning by Metallica and Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? by Megadeth. Two essential albums for any metalhead
- Get an Iron Maiden album, either
-Powerslave
-Number of the Beast
-Somewhere in Time
That should be an awesome start for you. You MAY want to wait on the slayer, theyre an acquired taste. |

04.02.07 | Yes, get Iron Maiden...and some Motorhead will only make you feel better... |
The Sludge
04.02.07 | Maybe "How To Save A Life" by The Fray and don't try Megadeth. |
