| Top 5 frontmen in Modern Rock music
IMO... | | 1 | Maynard James Keenan
For obvoius reasons. Maynard can do the singing, growling, falsetto, screaming, and everything in between. Other singers wish they had half his charisma, and all he does on stage is stand still and wiggle a little! But you know, they couldnt pull off the crazy get-ups like he can. | | 2 | Trent Reznor
Trent and Maynard are head and shoulders above everyone else in my opinion. He brought an entire genre into the mainstream. I've never seen anyone command a stage like Trent can. A close second... | | 3 | Brandon Boyd
He's so dreamy...in any case...he's a really talented lyricist and has great vocals! Heavy guitars sound awesome with his voice...take SCIENCE for example. I love it. | | 4 | Matt Bellamy
The Muse front man took what Thom Yorke started, and made it better. His lyrics my not be as deep, but they're pretty damn good. It gives me chills to hear his falsetto...damn he wails! | | 5 | Dustin Kensrue
Maybe I'm partial because Thrice is my favorite band, but hey, at least I didnt put him first. Awesome lyrics, great voice, and he plays a mean guitar. Good Stuff...cant wait to see what else they have in store for us! | |
