BallsToTheWall 03.15.11	Eat plenty of protein every key meal. Breakfast a protein smoothie with fruit and nuts or eggs and peanut butter toast, lunch lean meat and veggies, dinner lean meat veggies. Throw in Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter sandwiches on good bread, chick peas for good measure on snacks. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies and nuts with lean meat you'll be solid with a good workout plan and a good creatine.

BallsToTheWall 03.15.11	Less crazy supplements you take the better. Solid diet, solid gym plan, solid sleep schedule, basic supplements, youll be fine. It's all about consistency, dedication, patience and discipline. I'm not saying you cant enjoy life, fuck i love waffle house and dennys but stay as close to the healthy path as you can. You take creatine be sure to drink enough water.

MO 03.16.11	It is tough at times but I've been working out since high school, a year out of uni now, so I guess my body's used to it. But it's just like Balls says, good diet, good workout plan and consistency is where it's at, sky's the limit
