@eternium: I was never a fan of Converge. Can't stand the vocals. I'm not really into Death Metal too much, nothing to keep me interested. I like Isis. Too bad they broke up. As for the other bands, I'll have to check them out. Same goes for you, ButcheredChildren (WTF name). I ordered The Collective yesterday, and I already have AAL's album. It's great.
As for my list, I was debating whether to include Opeth or not. I like them, but then again, I don't. I was also debating whether to include Dillinger's Miss Machine, as that is an amazing album as well. |
ButcheredChildren
03.06.11 | then look up the rest of the rec's we gave you
also my name rules, you just need to build a tolerance for serial killers |
eternium
03.06.11 | I only gave you one death metal album (and one deathgrind). Axe to Fall is easily the band's most accessible and can get you used to the vocals better. |
Parallels
03.06.11 | i like 5/10 of these, so i grade this list a 50%, cause im an ass to people i dont know on the site |
Pyosisified
03.06.11 | awful, awful list |

03.06.11 | So far with the recommendations, the bands I've liked are Chimp Spanner, Neurosis, Coalesce, and surprisingly, Converge. I'm out of money right now and can't buy any of their CDs... bummer. But thanks for the recommendations, some of them are really good. |

03.06.11 | Ive only heard 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 and they're pretty fucking good. 2 was kinda average though |

03.06.11 | So does your mom. Sorry, had to say it.
Why does everyone hate B...TA? Their music is so technically proficient, and there really IS a method to their musical madness. You just have to know what you're listening for. |
Rev
03.06.11 | 7 is lame |

03.06.11 | @ Wheelah there may be a method to madness but it's still not very good |
