02.10.11 | You might want to check out Letlive's Fake History. Bit more screamy than a lot of this punk but I found enough that reminded me of Make Do and Mend in it. Quite a nice list though for me both Gaslight Anthem and Make Do and Mend didn't reach their previous heights. |

02.15.11 | 1. Tbf I did say 'arguably a step up', the key word being arguably. The 59 Sound never properly clicked with me for whatever reason, maybe the production, but I can see why people love it.
2. I haven't really listened to The Monitor yet, not sure if I will.
3. I don't know why this is featured either, but pointing that out doesn't really help conversation.
