01.03.11 | i thought Inception was good, but i heard many people saying it was the single greatest film they ever saw.
if that's the case, they need to watch some more friggin movies |
Lambda
01.03.11 | It wasn't the greatest film I've ever seen, but it was really, really good. |
foreverendeared
01.03.11 | Inception was an experience more suited for the big screen. It doesn't have much replay value. |
adkymo
01.03.11 | 1 was over hyped because of nolan & decaprio's involvement. film was incredibly mediocre. |
theblackmet56
01.03.11 | ive seen half of the town, but that's it |

Awesome movie. |

I adore the Coen bros so I'm sure to love it. |
BigTuna
01.03.11 | The Social Network was ace, as was Inception, as was How to Train Your Dragon, as was The Ghost Writer, as was 127 Hours.
On another note, if you haven't seen Moon, go rent it (or buy it or download it) immediately. |
patroneyes
01.03.11 | where the fuck is black swan and scotty p?

Lambda
01.03.11 | I really want to see The Ghost Writer. Never heard of Moon, will check it out. |

01.03.11 | inception was cool but definitely not the best movie of the year |
acorncheese
01.03.11 | Only one on here I haven't seen is Unstoppable. Of these, my rankings would pretty much be the same, except The Town over True Grit. Inception is easily #1 tho |

01.03.11 | SCOTT PILGRIM. |
Crymsonblaze
01.03.11 | 1 and 2 are great.
Mine would probably go:
1. Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World (Fun and by far the most memorable movie I saw all year)
2. Inception (Brilliant concept and great execution)
3. Kick-Ass (Fun take at the superhero genre)
4. Toy Story 3 (Good movie, part of this is definitely nostalgia though)
5. Dinner for Schmucks/Due Date (Tie for best comedy)
And the worst 5:
1. Grown-Ups (Offensively unfunny, especially considering the mostly decent cast)
2. Charlie St. Cloud (Boring date movie)
3. The Other Guys (Incredibly hit-or-miss comedy that misses FAR too much)
4. Faster (By the books action movie with no depth)
5. Tron Legacy (Really really dumb action movie. Remarkable in it's idiocy) |
Defeater
01.03.11 | 1 and 3 are here so I'm happy. |

01.03.11 | andcas: Naw I just haven't seen many small films this year. I'm sure some indie/limited release films this year were great, I just haven't seen them yet. |
