Antiques Roadshow

I have a problem. I'm a proghead as you all know, and I love weird music of all kinds. But every now and then I'll want something stripped down and aggressive. However, whenever I find music of this type, it almost inevitably gets boring very fast. So Sputnik, I'll issue you with a challenge. Give me recs of that type of metal that you can only classify as metal. Y'know, the one with equal influence from black, death, thrash, some slight metalcore and industrial influences? Like Strapping Young Lad and Clayman/Come Clarity era In Flames? (Yes, for the record I know most people consider that period of IF Melodeath. Please don't rec melodeath unless it's amazing. I binged on it in my teen years and haven't been able to enjoy it as much since). Harsh vocals? Excellent! Widdly guitar solos? Even more excellent! High speed? Even more excellent still! With a hint of melody, inventive/audible bass and little to no breakdowns? Even MORE excellent! Sorry for long windedness. tl;dr: fast metal that doesn't get boring, and isn't one particular subgenre. List is digs.
