| Nov. 22 Album Sales Predictions
not since kanye's graduation faced off against curtis's curtis, (and
then both of them got anally raped by kid rock) has there been a
more interesting week to think of the ancient metric for an artist's
success: album sales. here are my predix | | 1 | | Kanye West
My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
400-420K units... people will be a little shocked that it comes in behind
808s (and I ultimately think it will sell more in the long run) but tough
release week + a lot of free content out there + stupid people who still
think they're supposed to hate his music because they hate him | | 2 | | My Chemical Romance
Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjo
240K units... tough call considering a) what a huge hit TBP was (240K first
week), b) linkin park only moved 241K week 1, c) how long it's been since a
new mcr album came out... regardless, a strong lead single (NA NA NA) and
the critical buzz is off tha charts, i think this does at least 200, hoping 240K | | 3 | | Ne-Yo
whatever its called | | 4 | | Nicki Minaj
Pink Friday
150K I woulda had this much higher, but then Cee-Lo's album was such a
huge fail, so idk she might have a tough time | | 5 | | Kesha
Kesh money millunayrz | | 6 | | Akon
whatever its called | | 7 | | lloyd banks
whatever its called

11.21.10 | What's buying? | AggravatedYeti
11.21.10 | think Nicki's album will sell more honestly. the chick has been all over the top 40 for almost 2 years now without a debut album (though her mix tapes are pretty alright considering).
Either way interesting list

11.21.10 | I think MCR's popularity has died down quite a bit and I've yet to hear Na Na Na on the radio. | Josh D.
