Same problem with me too. And then there's the mad noise issue. Within the next few years our drummer is going to switch to an electronic set so he can plug into the Jam Hub we have. |

Ha ha, yeah. I live out in the middle of nowhere so I have no problems with that. Rolands are pretty much the best electric sets, but they cost BANK. |

But I mean, even with acoustics, you can spend 14-15k easily just on shells (not that many are going to pay that much, but still). And when you're looking at cymbals and pedals that are hundreds EACH, 5k for an electric set with everything doesn't seem like that much. |

10.13.10 | I think a brand new acoustic kit is one of the more beautiful instruments out there, but given our current situation, we really want to be as quiet as possible. But the electric kit is just an idea we have; we don't jam very often so who knows what will happen. |
