01.25.07 | if you want to go further back in terms of influence, you could say it was cream (sort of blues rock) and even further back, the old blues artists from the deep south of america which inspired sabbath, as their early stuff was essentially blues with heavy distortion.
but still, pretty spot on list, bands like thin lizzy and ufo were pioneers of the twin guitar harmonies that so many bands today use. |
