09.17.10 | Hyperion, Skullcandy sucks, they end up breaking after 2 months, I got two of them and that's what happened, even though they really do have great sound, Sennheiser are much more reliable. You should get the intra-auricular ones with precision, it's supposed to give you a really clear and precise sound, I wanted those but didn't have the money so I went for ultra-bass. anyway, here they are around 70€ so I'm guessing they're the same price where you live, but in you currency |

09.17.10 | Sennheiser are real nice. I don't have a closed headset but I got my HD 555's on sale for like $90 so it's still worth it and I still use them in public.
Skullcandy depending on how pricey you get can have decent sound (doesn't compare that well with more high end equipment but still decent for buying it in a store) but their durability is veeeerrrryyyy questionable.
Plus I think it's fucking dumb to have a skull on your headphones. Just makes you look like a cliche. |

Hyperion, I would love to know about these magical skullcandy of yours ! My drummer, and a friend of mine got skulls too, and they didn't last longer than mine, the probability that we all bought 4 from the bad bunch is very minim |
