Whole Lotta Love

No, it's not a Led Zeppelin list, it's just a list of bands that need some more love here on Sputnik. Yeah, they're all old and from the 90s, I know.
1Disembodied
Heretic

Dubbing themselves as the heaviest band in hardcore, these guys actually live up to their name. I think they play in drop G, but they don't suffer from floppy string syndrome nor do they sound like The Acacia Strain.
2Quicksand
Slip

Easily one of the top 5 post-hardcore albums ever.
3Helmet
Meantime

They helped start nu-metal, but don't worry, they're not awful.
4HUM
You'd Prefer An Astronaut

Awesome space rock. Think Failure and The Smashing Pumpkins mixed with a dabble of old school post-hardcore.
5Lifetime
Jersey's Best Dancers

One of the best melodic hardcore bands ever, they helped influence a ton of modern pop punk and hardcore bands today.
