08.24.10 | I got into headphones a few years ago, dropped $100 on a pair of Shures. Thought it was a ton of money at the time until I started learning more about headphones. Spending $500 on a pair of headphones sounds like a ton (because it is) but you end up saving more in the long run by buying a great pair now because you won't go through the whole upgrade process which is very costly. Do some research and get the best pair that you can afford now, it's cheaper in the end and you'll think that they sound incredible. Those Denon's are supposed to be gold, especially at $275, assuming you have decent file rips(at least higher than 192). |
