IAJP 08.12.10	i used to play guitar and bass (still do of course if there's one knocking about) but i cant really play the music i like to hear and write on those two, so i started playing drums. i am mega dodgy but i feel better coz i'm doing stuff i love on there, as opposed to resigning myself to playing led zep and the likes on guitar / bass.

vanderb0b 08.12.10	Those of you that can sing are damn lucky. No matter how hard I try, I can't do it at all. @accomplice That happened to me for a pretty long time. I'd just learn a main riff/intro and wouldn't have the patience/ability to get the solo done.

vanderb0b 08.12.10	I picked it up thinking it would be like guitar (which I started to pretty get good at), but easier (my band's bassist said it wasn't too hard). It's fun, but I'm rather terrible.

I'm pretty proficient at both now, but just took up the drums as well about a year ago. I've been focused on music theory and writing more recently though.

BroFro 08.12.10	I play drums. I have learned the drums parts to a lot of my favorite songs but that's about as far as I've been able to go without an actual band to play with. And I used to sing in a band but all my mates either quit or moved away.
