Inveigh 07.15.10	BlackDiamondSkye is the name of a tour. It's Alice in Chains, Deftones and Mastodon -- I forget who's opening up but for some reason I remember it being good. It's named that for the albums Black Gives Way to Blue, Diamond Eyes and Crack the Skye.

Inveigh 07.15.10	not off the top of my head... there's a big music festival going down in early September in the town where I went to college (DeKalb) -- this guy John I used to know organized it. lol, back when I knew John he was booking my band to play with Poison the Well and Throwdown and had a hard time getting more than 40 people to show up at his shows, now he's got this festival in downtown DeKalb that spans three venues! Bands include: Murder by Death, Miss May I, Maps & Atlases, Smoking Popes, P.O.S., MC Chris, Owen, Breathe Electric, Every Avenue, Lucky Boys Confusion, The Felix Culpa, Native, William Elliot, Dr. Manhattan and Johnny Craig. There's 33 total. Even though it's just a week before the AiC/Deftones show, I think I need to make a trip out there to simultaneously relive my glory days and see some awesome music. what you heading my way for next month?
