Is officially my hero. I know it was harsh, but I think he let loose and stood up for the fans of Cleveland. Some might say it's classless, but dumping your entire fanbase on national television the way Lebron did is WAY more classless. Gilbert's letter to Cavalier fans was beautiful and poetic. It brought a subtle tear to my eye...It gave me a sense of hope for the future.
After all, it's not the end of the world. It is just a game. And Lebron is just a man. A man who bounces an orange ball and lacks the killer instinct to win on his own. He promised us a championship and bailed on us without sympathy. He doesn't owe us anything, but he certainly could have handled the situation much better, rather than stringing everyone along with a false sense of hope, only to crush them in the douchiest way possible.
