15 Classic Albums
1Hanoi Rocks
Bangkok Shocks, Saigon Shakes, Hanoi Roc

Sleazy, raw and ready for a Friday night out on the town, this classic helped usher in the "glam" generation. Recommended track: "Tragedy"
2Motley Crue
Too Fast For Love

By far the best release in the band's illustrious discography. A perfect combination of hard rock. metal, a punk attitude and pop sensibilities.
Hvis Lyset Tar Oss

Lead by Varg's one of a kind voice, this is some of the most dense, emotionally satisfying black metal ever to exist.
4Spite Extreme Wing

These guys while consistently amazing throughout their short discography, never really got the attention they deserve. Vltra is their magnum opus, combining black metal, punk and classic rock in a daring combination that pays off in dividends.
Electric Tears

Far removed from the robotic shred that dominates most of his other albums, Electric Tears is a great exercise in chill guitar based bliss.
6Viggo Mortensen

A colloboration between Buckethead and Viggo Mortensen, this one of kind album is filled with weird ambience the haunting prose of Mortensen.
Unspeakable Cults

Refined, classy and majestic black metal.
Necroticism:Descanting The Insalubrious

Carcass's first (and only) album played in a pure death metal style, this release sees them start to incorporate the melodic edge that would follow them on subsequent albums while retaining the crushing of traditional death metal.
9The Black Crowes
The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion

Probably still drunk from last night
10Damian Valles
Bow Echoes

Guitar based ambient that incorporates elements of classical amongst other genres. Really great stuff, the music will strike you at your core.
11Jonas Helborg
Octave of the Holy Innocents

Really awesome acoustic jazz from this Swedish born bassist.
12William Fitzsimmons
The Sparrow and the Crow

Probably the thing I enjoy best about William Fitzsimmons are his lyrics; he's not subtle, he doesn't write with crazy metaphors, everything is just upfront and honest. He also happens to be one of my favorite vocalists, his soft, whispered voice is just crazy alluring.

"Ms. Jackson" by itself brings this up to a 4 and the other songs are just icing on the (ice-cream) cake.
Mothership Connection

Shut the funk up, you know you love it too.
15Peaking Lights
Imaginary Falcons

Unusual lo-fi ambient that has some crazy addictive pop (AND REGGAE?!) hooks and ridiculously haunting female vocals.
