The Real Way To Thrash

Fact: the best way to listen to thrash metal is an original press cassette on a walkman. Cut-off flannel shirt and ripped up jeans are a must, unless you're wearing a denim jacket with a big Motorhead patch on it. You'd better be walking quickly down the street toward the local dive with intentions of drinking nothing but beer and Jagermeister. Through an entire night of mayhem, you don't remove the headphones. On a personal note, I went through a phase a few years back where I tried to get my hands on any old thrash cassette I could. The phase didn't last all that long because my walkman broke, but these are the tapes I ended up with.
