I've been reading this book, "The World Without Us." It's a
thought experiment about what happens to the world if humans
are suddenly gone from Earth, but left everything else intact.
Anyway, I started thinking and I decided that if we were gone and
left only one thing to be remembered by, I would want it to be our
music. I think it's the most pure form of human expresion, and
also our most unique creation. If there is life outside earth, there
may eventually be nuclear weapons again. But I doubt there will
be another blue album. This is my list of the songs that I would
want us to be remembered by.
My Choice for Jeff Buckley song would've been SO REAL. IT's amazing, and his vocals are way more interesting, imo. Plus if the aliens want to piss themselves off with hallelujah, they can watch SHREK
@AnotherBrick I might check that out. I had completely forgotten that there was a show, but now that you mention it I remember seeing commercials for it along time ago.
@Asiatic667 I was actually caught between picking Hallelujah and Dram Brother. I guess I picked it because he's really on the list for his voice, not his songwriting, but the more I listen to So Real the more I think your right.
