05.05.10 | hah, the last thing I need to do is gain weight at this point. My metabolism fell off a cliff when I left college. I think it had something to do with not working a job (Starbucks) where I was on my feet 35 hours a week drinking endless amounts of straight espresso, never sleeping or eating regularly (drinking copiously though) and walking to class everyday. Because I never worked out in college (aside from bball sessions VERY rarely).
Now I work out like 4 times a week, eat only salads for lunch (and never carbs) and drink like once a week, yet it's all I can do to stay below 190 lbs. |

5. Ask about how things are going for him. A lot of artists like you being friendly and not so uptight and buisnessy about it.

05.06.10 | hah, yeah, list title needed changing. Mac Lethal DOES brag about his peanut butter diet, but since I'm one of like 3 people on this site who listens to him... prolly wasn't my best idea.
To put some perspective on the email exchange, I basically said I'd ask him stuff about his label, the things mentioned above etc. and he came back with "definitely, but ask me cooler questions." So I think he just wants some off-the-wall type shit.. not sure though.
