04.14.10 | That sounds very interesting! Although, I'm from Ireland, I could just substitute Ireland for America but that would still be extremely difficult to source unfortunately. And find two historians who have published books on it =/ it's a very good topic though and thanks for the imput, perhaps you should write a blog on the topic, I'd read it! :) |

04.14.10 | The effect of Intothepit83 on the Sputnik society.... I have two books out on it |
Yeahtoast
04.14.10 | It also has to have taken place before 1991! I'm thinking maybe a genocide, genocide's always interesting and there's a good few that not many people know about, the Armenian is quite well known, or the Germans in Africa...man those Germans love genocide! |
Yeahtoast
04.14.10 | Send them this way!! Your detailed interview via Sputnik will count as my internet source ;) |

04.14.10 | Well, mine started in 1983. THe day i was born was the day Sputnik creators put their tips together and exclaimed, "Our Savior was born today. Now we shall honor him on this thing we shall call the internet with something that goes by the name of a website! We shall rejoice!" |

04.14.10 | That's an interesting one Kurtz, I'll definitely look into it. Thanks man! |

04.14.10 | tbh itd be much easier to write on an interesting aspect of a larger historical event as finding books written by credible historians on more obscure events is going to be pretty tough, they might be out there but from experience i can tell you theyre not easy to find
when i was in high school doing a curriculum called IB, for my history coursework i wrote about (dont remember the exact essay question) the failures (and ultimate collapse) of totalitarian states in light of the ideologies they were founded on. it was incredibly easy to get books about mao's china, stalin's russia, mussolini's italy, hitler's germany, etc. |
Yeahtoast
04.14.10 | That's a good point Kirgasm and one I've considered already. The thing is this isn't like a class project, there'll be thousands of people doing this across the country, the more people doing the same topic will be marked quite hard due to interest levels, repetition, basically the examiner will be bored of seeing the same things over and over. It really just shows a pure laziness if you pick something you've already studied. You're going to be doing an exam on that shit why would you want to do a project as well? Sure you know everything but again, laziness. I have a few fall backs that I'll definitely be able to source just in case. I'm really searching hard though |
