ElutheriusAveilien 03.31.10	Nu-Metal aside, I like the feel of the 90s more. From what I've been sampled. It seems to have more middle ground than the 00s, whereas the next thousand year chapter of humanity kicked off with some rather glaring highs and lows.

Nu-metal was a late '90s thing, a small minority in a sea of greats that made completely different music. Imo, only really good nu-metal was Korn's self-titled and Slipknot's self-titled (in the '90s). And no, Deftones are not nu-metal.
