theacademy: Lostprophets v. Story of the Year

theacademy 03.10.10	best albums from each band above. it's ok, this is an academy list, so nobody is going to judge you for admitting to like some of this rubbish... the question is, which one do u prefer?
bloc 03.10.10	Lostprophets
Deviant. 03.10.10	Probably the Prophets, but Page Avenue By Story Of The Year is the best album out of both of these bands
cvlts 03.10.10	always been a story of the year fan. bad album to choose from them though
Brokenjewel 03.10.10	I like the chorus to the song 'The Black Swan' so 2. Story of the Year could have been good. Good ingredients can make a bad cake, though. I went to a punk fest in London where lost prophets got 'piss bottled' off stage to shouts of 'nu metal'.

Brokenjewel 03.10.10	I used to love Page Avenue, lol. I would prance around my bedroom in my underpants singing away... weeeeeee! There is an old prophets song where there's a drum break in it, like pa-kuh! I used to think that was the nuts. I like saying things.
BallsToTheWall 03.10.10	Lostprophets was my first real concert (too young to remember Smashing Pumpkins but saw SOTY twice. Overall ill go with SOTY.

chirky 03.10.10	Prophets by a mile... Never got into Story...
Masochist 03.11.10	Prophets. I love 'Fake Sound' (one of my favorite nu-metal albums), and I enjoy 'Start Something' enough. Never was all that much a SotY fan.
Brokenjewel 03.11.10	prophets have a song where they pronounce 'hypocrisy' as hip oc rissy. That tortured me on the radio when I worked nights. Tortured. Me.
Mordecai. 03.11.10	Prophets. SS and TFSoP are fucking awesome.

IleftyspankedU 04.04.10	lostprophets (still waiting for their new one in the states). liked "in the wake of determination" from SOTY way better.
Mevz 04.04.10	SOTY because when I saw them live supporting Atreyu (it was my mate's birthday, don't judge) a few years ago, they came on playing the 20th century fox intro... which was pretty cool. But both bands are poor.
DoubtGin 04.04.10	glad u made this list.. otherwise I'd be too ashamed to post I enjoy Losprophets alot more, especially Liberation Transmission (I said it!)
