02.24.10 | dude, it depends on you, considering how many different culinary scenes there are in the states. you want fine dining and traditional, i recommend New York City, but if you want experimental and non-traditional fusions, check out Chicago (particularly a place called "Mota"), Los Angeles, Seattle, or Miami. |

02.24.10 | I actually think this is a great place to ask. I have worked in kitchens since I was 16 (I just turned 24), and everyone I have worked with are music fiends. Plus this is the only site I check on a daily basis and there are a lot of people on this piece. Plus it doesn't hurt.
