TRMshadow 02.16.10	the guys behind Death Note basically stole most of their story from another series, "Akumetsu". It never had an anime but the manga for it is amazing. Definitely check it out

witchxrapist 02.16.10	Wow, I'm sorry but this is a pretty horrible list. All of those shows suck, most noteably Death Note and Monster. In no order: Evangelion, Gundam, Blue Submarine No. 6, Here And There Then And Now, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop.

Hyperion1001 07.11.10	Any list of best anime with Death Note on it automatically loses credibility. Where's Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Neon Genesis Evangelion, hell even Higurashi no Naku Koro ni was better than most of the stuff you listed.
