12.09.09 | Lubbock is known for having temperamental weather. There have been days where it's LITERALLY been 60 degrees at noon and snowing at 3:00 p.m. It can be quite frustrating.

12.09.09 | Deviant - I think so. We're at the southern edge of the Great Plains, so there's nothing to block random masses of cold air from Canada from sweeping through...but we also get Gulf-Coast air masses (hardly ever at the same time, though). That's what makes it so unpredictable.
