The Annuals

Yeah, those guys put on a great live show. Pretty awesome stuff. Company of Thieves were pretty good themselves, especially when the drunk guy in front of me wasn't shouting over top the music. In his defense, he did "have a huge crush" on the vocalist. Also, here are some acts on my horizon.
1Dashboard Confessional

This one is iffy, but they're doing an in-store performance and signing at an awesome music store in my neck of the woods. Still haven't heard Alter the Ending.
2Thursday

Seeing these guys in two weeks. I hear they're pretty awesome live. If they sound anything close to how good they do on their albums, I'd say it should be a great show.
3The Dillinger Escape Plan

Supporting Thursday (along with Fake Problems and Endless Hallway, who I've never heard of). I only have Irony and Miss Machine (and need to get Calculating Infinity), but I've heard things about their more recent stuff. Either way, it's gonna be pretty intense.
4Between the Buried and Me

Speaking of which, already have tickets to see these guys in February. The Great Misdirect is definitely good (but not their strongest, in my opinion), it's going to be interesting to see how they adapt their stuff to a live setting.
5Cynic

On the BtBaM tour. Missed these guys when they toured with Meshuggah last year, and kicked myself thinking they'd go into another decade-plus exile. Thankfully, they're still out on the circuit.
6Devin Townsend

Same tour as the last two (rounded out with Scale the Summit). This guy is amazing, and I'm pretty excited to see what he plays live, given the sheer number of projects and material he's had a hand in over his career.
