sublimefan1991 11.16.09	ian gillan is fucking terrible. a) he's not an acutual musician cuz he doesn't play any instruments. b) he still thinks he is though and calls his solo band "gillan." guess what - w/o any actual musicians he'd be a capella, so how the fuck can you name a band after someone who just sings. c) he's conceeded as shit. he's got a throng of backup singers called - get this - the "gillanaires." what a douche. plus he tried to make everything he does all profound and bluesy when it doesn't have to be. damn i hate that guy.

sublimefan1991 11.20.09	@bandito, i don't necessarily think that anyone who only sings isn't a musician, but how on earth can you name a band after just a singer? i mean, really, think about it? if there was no music for the singer to sing to, it'd just be a capella. i think singing compliments music and is a nice bonus. i'm fine w/ singers doing solo work, but you can't honestly tell me that a band should straight up be named by someone who only sings. that gives no respect whatsoever to the contributing band members who actually write the most important part of the song/album - THE MUSIC!!!
