| For Emma, Forever Ago: Ranked
I recently saw Bon Iver in Galway, Ireland, and I have to say, they were just fantastic. Much
better than expected; it was so high energy and they jammed the shit out of Creature Fear. Oh
god it was such a good show. Anyway, in honour of a great show, here's my opinion on their
fantastic album, For Emma, Forever Ago. Realize that none of the songs are bad...so number 9

I think it's a phenomenal song but like I said, there is no bad here, only pure win. Maybe I'll rethink the order but this list is subject to change upon each listen and seeing as I listen to it at least once a day right now, who knows. 07.28.09 | Yah, For Emma (the song) is just pure win. (Not to say the album isn't also.) I'm not sure, but I think that he cried when he played it live. It was hard to tell because the lights went out right after but he was rubbing under his eyes a lot and it took him a while to say "thank you" which he usually did within a couple seconds of finishing a song. | Captain North
