BallsToTheWall 07.15.09	I always had the feeling there was more than meet's the eye with Snape while everybody else was pegging him a douche during the early Potter years. Regardless, I cant wait to see thsi movie. 20 minutes. WHOOT MOTHERFUCKIN HOOT!!!!

thecheatisnotdead 07.15.09	Yeah, Phoenix was pretty bad. How do you take the longest book in the series and make it into the shortest movie? By ruining it, that's how. Half-Blood Prince is better, but you have to go in without expecting it to be a totally faithful adaptation, which is true of all the movies, I suppose. And for the three or so scenes he's in, Alan Rickman rules the movie with an iron fist.

radianteclipse 07.15.09	Movie was fantastic aside from the battle at the ending being ommitted. And I wish Dumbledore dying was a little more dramatic. I mean, that is KIND of a BIG DEAL. Seriously. What the hell. He gets hit with the killing curse, and he falls out the window...five seconds. And this might sound wrong, but Luna Lovegood is hot as f*ck.

Fugue 07.15.09	Great movie I thought, of course not a patch on the book (it was my favorite of the seven). Thought Draco was played phenominally well but was dissappointed with Slughorn, he was funny but was nowhere near the slimy, snobby guy in the book.

SuperDuck 07.16.09	Movie was pretty good, despite it's few flaws (the cave scene was good but not as epic as it could have been, there was no fight at the castle just Dumbledore dying). The jokes are no longer lame, film never felt "kiddie", the guy who plays Ron actually has a personality now, the Malfoy guy improved, Daniel Radcliffe is pretty good by now and Helena Bonham Carter pwns everyone else as usual.
