07.02.09 | Palanhiuk is great. The only ones i havent read by him are his most recent two: Rant and Smut(I think thats what its called). But Survivor and Haunted are my favorite two so far.
And yes, House of Leaves is great. Havent read any of his other stuff though |

07.02.09 | Survivor is great, but I think Fight Club was better. I'm about halfway through Rant now. Lullaby was a bit of a downer. |

07.02.09 | You have to read 10 more than a few times to really appreciate it. I'm on read #3 and I still feel like I'm missing out on sooo much. slow down maybe? |

07.03.09 | im really getting into some of the classic totalitarian science fictions. you know the ones where the government controls everything in a futuristic society.
Brave New World, Anthem, and Fahrenheit 451 are some of my favorites. |
paxman
07.03.09 | Avoid the James Frey. Never mind that he may or may not be a fraud, he's a douche and his writing sucks.
Anything by Carl Sagan is great fun.
I'm currently reading Last Night At The Lobster by Stephen O'Nan, but I've yet to decide if it's good or not. People tell me it's good but I'm not really seeing it. |
