| Flawed's Favorite Albums
2nd Edition | | 1 | | dredg El Cielo
I get the feeling that no album will ever replace El Cielo. I\'ve listened to this album religiously for years now, and I still find new things in it. Everything about this album has a meaning, and everything fits together perfectly. | | 2 | | Radiohead OK Computer
OK Computer deserves all the acclaim it recieves. The greatness of the album relies entirely on the atmosphere. Songs like Climbing Up the Walls are just absolutely spine-tingling. | | 3 | | Bob Dylan Highway 61 Revisited
There may be better Dylan albums, but this is the only full Dylan album I own and I absolutely love it. Desolation Row certainly goes in my top 10 songs ever. | | 4 | | Muse Origin of Symmetry
As my review states, Muse is all about energy, and Origin of Symmetry is certainly Muse\'s most energetic album. | | 5 | | Jaga Jazzist What We Must
This album certainly moved up my list from last time, and there\'s one simple reason for that. Jaga Jazzist, especially on this album, is the perfect combination of all my favorite musical tastes. | | 6 | | Neutral Milk Hotel In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
Jeff Mangum\'s voice is chilling. Sure, the acoustical work isn\'t the most intricate and new ever heard, but this album is all about the emotion and ideas poured into the soundscape by Jeff Mangum\'s voice. | | 7 | | Opeth Still Life
When it comes to metal, there isn\'t that much that I can listen to start to finish. Still Life, especially with beautiful acoustical work, is certainly an album I can listen to start to finish. | | 8 | | Godspeed You! Black Emperor Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To
Godspeed You! Black Emperor creates such incredible music. There is nothing that compares to the climaxes of this band. | | 9 | | Miles Davis Filles De Kilimanjaro
Tony Williams takes this album to a whole new level with his incredible jazz drumming. This little footnote in Miles Davis recordings is really the bridge between his earlier jazz work and his explorations into electric work. | | 10 | | DJ Shadow Endtroducing
Endtroducing, although being trip-hop, creates some of the most haunting and beautiful melodies. Not to mention that Shadow creates some of the best beats ever. | |
