My Ten Favourite Wu-tang Solo Albums
The Best Of Wu-tang solo members |
| 1 | | Ol' Dirty Bastard Nigga Please
Fucken Awesome. Dirty is a legend. He doesnt try really hard to be a gangster on every track. He just tries to be hilarious on every track. And it works |
| 2 | | Ghostface Killah Supreme Clientele
Great Effort From GFK. Probably when ghost was in the highest point of his career. List to Wu-Banga 101 |
| 3 | | Raekwon Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
What a cool album. Every beat on this album is just classic wu-tang. From the sampling of old samurai movies and from the fast rapping over chill beats. Makes me wish i knew about this album in the 90s. Sadly i was to busy listening to garbage. |
| 4 | | Method Man & Redman Blackout!
Meth was from the wu. Not sure if i can count this as a solo wu-tang album. Fuck it i love this album to much to leave it out. Listen to Da Rockwilder |
| 5 | | U-God Golden Arms Redemption
Not In wu-tang anymore. But when he was it was fire. This album has some really good tracks listen to "rumble" |
| 6 | | GZA Liquid Swords
Reason=4th Chamber |
| 7 | | Gravediggaz 6 Feet Deep
Also not sure if this counts. But it is on here for the same reason as blackout. I just love it to much |
| 8 | | Ghostface Killah More Fish
Awesome album that is IMO underrated. Gets compared to supreme clientele and iron man to much. Ghost obviously isnt trying to make another supreme or ironman. Listen to Grew Up hard |
| 9 | | Method Man Tical
Almost forgot about this album. Listen to Bring the Pain. This album was the last we would see of the "dark" Meth. Pretty Badass |
| 10 | | Ol' Dirty Bastard Return To The 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version
Took me along time to finally buy this album. It was defintly worth the purchase though. Same dirty that we know and love. Shimmy shimmy ya is a classic. |
