Kamelot - Abandoned (I heavily recommend the whole Black Halo album too) Dark Tranquillity - The Mundane and the Magic those aren't all very amazing but they're great songs. 3 - You've heard of The Mars Volta, right? Also try some Sarah Fimm. Her White Birds EP is free on her website, and if you like that try Nexus (it's only $7 on Amazon and I reviewed it recently /shameless plug)
