So I've been laying around all weekend, in a creative slump as far as songwriting goes, experimenting with all sorts of odd tunings and playing obnoxious scales over and again. Then I started watching King Crimson videos on youtube, which led to Focus, which led back to King Crimson, then Robert Fripp, and the guy is like the Rainman of music. Did it inspire me? Maybe...more like motivation mixed with 20% inspiration. Anyway, the point of this is, old school progy digs with the request of recs for other old school prog. | | 1 | | King Crimson Discipline | | 2 | | Yes Fragile | | 3 | | Focus Moving Waves | | 4 | | King Crimson In The Court of the Crimson King | | 5 | | Genesis The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway | |
